Symptom relief
I have been using Cimidona® for 7 weeks and have taken it as advised on the packaging – once a day at approximately the same time of day. Cimidona® claims to help relieve several symptoms of menopause. I personally had some relief of hot flashes, fatigue, irritability and joint pain. My hot flashes were definitely more manageable and shorter in duration. I felt that I had more energy, especially later in the day, when I would normally be very tired. The increase in energy was the most noticeable for me. Before taking Cimidona®, my fatigue was most significant in the evening and all I wanted to do was go to sleep. After taking Cimidona® for a few weeks, I definitely had more energy and could engage in many of my previous activities. I definitely recommend Cimidona® for relief of the symptoms that I listed above.

Such a relief to so many symptoms!
I am turning 40 in two months and I have been dealing with premenopausal symptoms for the past year or so.
I started taking the Weliva® Cimidona® Menopause Relief straight for 6 weeks and I can honestly say that I was surprised especially because it was hormone free. The first thing I noticed within the week was my sleeping patterns. I was no longer waking up in the middle of the night drenched in sweat. This was probably my biggest issue, which led to my fatigue during the day. Better sleep also reduced the amount of headaches I would get during the week and significantly increased my energy throughout the day. I feel so much more energized and more like myself which was such a positive outcome for me.
I also appreciate that there's no added gluten, wheat, soy, yeast, artificial flavours, colours, sweeteners, caffeine & stimulants. I am going to repurchase this product because I love the positive changes I've seen. They haven't been drastic but the small changes had such a big impact on me and well being. Relief for Menopause
After using Weliva® for just over a week, I already noticed a difference. My hot flashes were reduced and I was able to sleep through the night without waking up in a sweat.
I also felt that I had more energy, wasn’t as tired and was able to make it through the day without wanting to take a nap.
Although the hot flashes haven’t gone completely, even after using the product for 6 weeks, this product seemed to have curbed the incidents.
I recommend this product to anyone suffering from menopause or perimenopause symptoms.

2. Observational study - (p < 0.001)
Patients took 1 Cimidona® 13 mg tablet daily for a period 3 months while others continued on the 13 mg dose for another 6 months. The outcomes measured the total menopausal severity scores and its sub-items at 3 months and at 9 months compared to the baseline.
3. Monocentric retrospective cohort study
Women experiencing menopausal symptoms were treated with either Ze 450 6.5 mg (22% of women) or 13 mg (78% of women) or any menopausal hormone therapy (MHT) and had at least one follow-up consultation during the 12-month follow-up period. The outcomes assessed retrospectively were the comparison of Ze 450 (regardless of the dose) and MHT on metabolic parameters and body weight.
Women first consultation between 2009 and 2016 were screened. Included in the final analysis were 2 groups: women treated with either MHT or Cimidona® and having at least one follow-up consultation. Metabolic serum parameters (lipids, glucose, insulin, and HOMA-IR), body weight, and menopausal symptoms [Menopause Rating Scale (MRS)-II] were the main outcome measures. Statistical analysis by uni- and multivariable linear mixed-effects regression models assuming a linear effect of time.
